The City of Stockton Economic Development Department is seeking to fill a vacant Program Manager III position. The Program Manager III position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the department, as well as managing escoliosis dolor and applying for State and Federal grants. Under general direction, the Community Development Program Manager, is responsible que es escoliosis lumbar for the management of a variety of federal and state grant programs including CDBG, HOME, CHRP-O, and RHCP. The incumbent designs and implements grant related programs; directs preparation of grant applications and grant agreements columna lumbar rx; establishes program goals, measurable objectives and advises City Council and the public on program effectiveness; and performs other work as required.

Technical Abilities: Highly proficient in Excel and Word, demonstrated abilities to analyze complex topics quickly and present findings to management and clients, articulate, detail-oriented, and highly effective time/project management skills. Fluent in Spanish highly preferred, but not required.
