Eventually, PPIs actually seemed to make the problem worse, so I ended up going off of them and trying some home remedies that did seem to help. However, over time my pain returned, and I had trouble getting comfortable to sleep.

Nothing really worked escoliosis tratamiento, and endoscopy revealed gastritis, a hiatal hernia, and esophagitis. About 3 years ago, my doctor told me to lose weight and get on a GERD diet. We have collectively lost 125 pounds, which is almost exactly what I currently weigh!”

Once in a while, if I indulge, my body lets me know that it’s not normal and I don’t feel good. I then get back on the GERD diet, and I’m fine. Since July, I have been able to maintain my weight escoliosis derecha within 2 pounds, including during two extended vacations.
